No, he hasn't served his sentence. He was released early. The word "Justice" doesn't spring to mind does it? The reason why he shouldn't be allowed to play professional football again is due to the fact that he is a public idol, especially to children. What sort of an example is that?

OK..barton attcked the man but what the hell was the man waiting for. That man shouldve ripped barton's eye off his head..The man shouldve stood up to him and gave him a chalange. I know barton had his mates but the man got beaten anyway so he might as well returned some to barton..
